It handles the coding of products on a daily basis and manages a data base containing the administrative and regulatory information essential to the profession.

The domains concerned vary from medical devices, reagents, dietary products to health and beauty products.

ACL is an association open to companies that need a single code to identify their products. It concerns products sold in the public or hospital pharmacies’ networks and the human or veterinary networks:

Manufacturers or Distributors
Wholesalers – Distributors and Agents
Employers’ or professional federations of public or hospital pharmacies

ACL also develops the standardization of the distribution operations and issues Recommendations resulting from projects groups.
